I'm Amy Galvin: a certified Fair Play facilitator, mom of two teenage daughters, CEO, and lifelong advocate for ambitious women who want more—more clarity, more connection, more equity in their homes, and more freedom to pursue their full potential.

Like many women, I spent years striving to be everything to everyone—running a growing company, raising a family, holding it all together. I believed in partnership, but often found myself carrying the invisible load of domestic life. Burnout crept in. Resentment followed. Something had to change.

That’s when I discovered Fair Play, the groundbreaking system created by Eve Rodsky to help couples rebalance household and caregiving responsibilities. Implementing it changed everything: my relationship, my mental health, and my ability to lead—in my home and in my business.

 

Now I guide other women through that transformation.
